Nephrat II is an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the quantitative determination of albumin in rat urine. Developed by the nephrology experts at Exocell, the Nephrat II rat albumin ELISA kit has been cited in nearly 1000 peer reviewed publications since the 1990's. It is the gold standard in rat albumin ELISA's for academic & clinical research. As a direct competitive ELISA, Nephrat II uses one HRP labeled antibody in a single step, reducing the time required to perform the test. From preparation to data collection, Nephrat II can be completed in less than 2 hours w/ only 35 minutes of total incubation time. Additionally, Nephrat II contains 2 x 96 wells plates providing twice the sample volume per kit of a typical ELISA. Accounting for standard wells, 160 samples or 80 samples in duplicate (recommended) can be analyzed using one kit. This is an RUO kit and not intended for IVD use.
