As a direct competitive ELISA, Nephrat II uses one HRP labeled antibody in a single step, reducing the time required to perform the test. From preparation to data collection, Nephrat II can be completed in less than 2 hours w\/ only 35 minutes of total incubation time. Additionally, Nephrat II contains 2 x 96 wells plates providing twice the sample volume per kit of a typical ELISA. Accounting for standard wells, 160 samples or 80 samples in duplicate (recommended) can be analyzed using one kit.
