Eosin - Phloxine, 1 gal

Eosin–Phloxine is a ready-to-use cytoplasmic counterstain formulated for routine histology and cytology applications. Used in hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining procedures, this combination stain enhances cytoplasmic detail by producing a broader range of pink to red hues. The addition of phloxine intensifies staining of muscle fibers, red blood cells, and certain cytoplasmic elements, improving contrast and tissue definition. Compatible with standard manual and automated staining systems, Eosin–Phloxine provides consistent color development and reproducible results.
