Dilurex™ HepCas+ Buffer (pH 7.5)

Dilurex HepCas+ Buffer is a HEPES buffer system optimized for a biocompatible pH range of 7.2-7.4 with an isotonic (0.154M) ionic strength keeping proteins stable. It contains Casein as a carrier protein that is specially formulated to reduce non-specific binding and protease activity. Try this if you have non-specific binding using an Albumin based buffer system. Match with Casein blocking buffer for optimal performance. Formulated to optimize ELISA assays with decades of stability.
