Albuwell M (Mouse Albumin ELISA) is an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the quantitative determination of albumin in mouse urine. Developed by the nephrology experts at Exocell, the Albuwell M mouse albumin ELISA kit has been cited in nearly 1000 peer reviewed publications since the 1990's. It is the gold standard in mouse albumin ELISA's for academic and clinical research. As a direct competitive ELISA, Albuwell M uses one HRP labeled antibody in a single step, reducing the time required to perform the test. From preparation to data collection, Albuwell M can be completed in less than 2 hours with only 40 minutes of total incubation time. Additionally, Albuwell M contains 2 x 96 wells plates, providing twice the sample volume per kit of a typical ELISA. Accounting for standard wells, 160 samples or 80 samples in duplicate (recommended) can be analyzed using one kit. This is an RUO kit and not intended for IVD use.
